Dr. Jona Johnson was born in Winnipeg, Canada and grew up in Happy Valley, Oregon. At a young age recognized the gratification that comes with helping others. After receiving her Honors Biology degree and Chemistry minor, Dr. Johnson was accepted into Pacific University College of Optometry. At Pacific she played intramural soccer and was active in student government as Vice President of her class. She used her developing optometry knowledge to participate in volunteer vision screenings and participated in a trip to El Salvador. She received both her Master of Business Administration and Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University.

Dr. Mindy Ta practices general optometry with an emphasis on contact lens. Dr. Ta practices general optometry with an emphasis on contact lens at EyeHealth Northwest Milwaukie clinic. Dr. Ta offers her patients the newest options in vision correction and takes extra care to make sure each patient has an ideal fit for his or her unique needs and lifestyle.

Dr. Brian Leak is an experienced optometrist who provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, including routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and the diagnosis of eye diseases. He is known for his thorough approach, clear communication, and commitment to helping patients feel comfortable and informed about their eye health. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree, magna cum laude, from the Southern College of Optometry and received several academic honors for his work in ocular disease and clinical care. After graduation, Dr. Leak joined the army as an optometrist and served with the 101st Airborne Division in Kentucky and Iraq.
