Bake is a Guyanese sweet handheld puff bread. Its tender firm outer edge pierced in the center or the side revealing a steamy doughy center is fully packed with traditional savory minced saltfish omelet and seasoned home fries. Bake on the Run will also host a melody of fillings including seasonal jams, curries, and chocolates. Bake on the Run is the only Guyanese restaurant on the West Coast from the tip of Alaska to the tip of Chile exclusively offering the best Bake on Earth. We use a perfected recipe passed down from mother to son offering numerous gluten-free and vegan options as well as proteins. Hailed as one of the best comfort foods of all time.
