Score all around with surgical scalpel. 3. Brine for 24 hours. 4. Wash brine off and make family's curry with avocado oil. 5. Put it all in tumbler (marinating device). It sucks the air out and opens up the chicken and marinate for the equivalent of 4 to 5 days. 6. Put in single layer container and static-marinate for 24 hours. 7. Airfry to perfection.
